Each Junify account is specific to one smartphone. You can move your account from one smartphone to another using the account transfer steps described in this document.
The move to a new device can be initiated and completed by yourself or by a Junify user with manager/supervisor rights in your organization. There are two different methods to transfer your account to another device.
There are two different processes available once the move is initiated.
- Scan the QR code or tap the link in the transfer email.
- Receive a 6 digit code from your manager/supervisor.
Please note that all of the username and passwords that you entered (i.e. you enter it and not the company) will be reset by this process if you do not already have a passcode set in the Junify app. Please set your passcode prior to initiating the account move to ensure all your username and passwords are still available after you move devices.

If you already registered your email address by following section 1, you can simply ask your manager to send you an account transfer email. And then you can get your user account back by following the steps described in section 2 from section 4.
If you don't register your email address at this point, please follow the steps described below.
5-1. Get an account transfer URL via SMS
After your manager initiates the transfer, you will receive SMS. By tapping the URL in the message, Junify app will automatically launch. You could also open Junify app by yourself if you did not get SMS in a timely manner.
By tapping the link, you will see the following screen. Please tap "Open".
5-2. Sign in to Junify
Junify is launched and you will see the screen shown below:
5-2. Choose the menu to enter a passcode
You will transfer your account by the "Enter a Passcode" menu.
5-3. Enter your phone number
Please enter your phone number. The phone number you need to enter here should be the one your manager specified when they send you the account transfer SMS.
5-4. Enter 6 digit code
You will need to get a 6 digit code which only your manager can see in Junify. The code is not shown in the SMS message you received for security reasons. This is a very important process for your manager to verify who you are, so reach out to your manager and get the 6 digit code in person or over the phone, and etc. After you get the code, please enter the code on the screen shown below.
5-5. If you do not use a passcode to open Junify
If you do not use a passcode to open Junify app before, the account credentials you set for your applications in Junify are wiped out after you complete the account transfer. Junify does this to prevent an unwanted user to steal confidential information.
If you still have your old device and Junify app installed in it, you still have a chance to keep all the application credentials because you can now set your passcode. If you have already deleted the app or lost your phone, there is no way to get the credentials back. Please tap the checkbox to agree on deleting the credentials and proceed to the next step.
5-6. Permission to access Location
Junify will ask you the Location permission again. Please select "Allow While Using App" and proceed.
5-7. Done
You have completed all of the steps to transfer your account. Tap "Next" to start using Junify again. You will see the screen shown in section 3-2, and you can start using Junify just as you did before.
